Attend the DMPS Community Resource Fair and receive FREE tickets to Iowa Energy basketball and FREE

dinner from Felix and Oscars! On Saturday, March 29 the Iowa Energy and Des Moines Public Schools are partnering to host a community resource fair from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Wells Fargo Arena. The event is designed to provide families with Information about a wide range of programs and services available here in Des Moines. The McCombs Golden Eagles will pay for transportation and dinner if you choose to attend. Our goal is to get as many Golden Eagle families to attend as possible!
Among the organizations that will be represented at this event include: Child & Family Policy Center, Community Support Advocates, Community Youth Concepts, Dads with a Purpose, Department of Human Rights/ Iowa Youth Congress, Des Moines NAACP, Des Moines Public Library, Des Moines Police Department, DMPS Early Childhood Programs, EdCo Community Credit Union, Everybody Wins! Iowa, Gateway to College DMACC, Iowa Arts in Education, Jewels Academy, Job Corps, Life line resources, Lutheran Services in Iowa, MECCA SERVICES, Mid-City Connection, Mid-Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America, Next Step Counseling Services, Orchard Place / Child Guidance Center, Polk County Health Department, Proteus, Inc., Stepping Stone Family Services, Strong Foundations: therapy and support solutions, Sylvan Learning Center, The Young Womens Resource Center, United Way of Central Iowa, US Department of Labor-Job Corps, Visiting Nurse Services, Westminster Preschool.

March 29th, 2014: 3:15 Depart McCombs via Yellow bus 3:30-5:00 Attend the Community Resource Fair 5:00-6:00 FREE Dinner @ Quality Inn (Across the street from Wells Fargo) . Dinner provided by Felix and Oscars for your whole family! 6:00-7:00 Hall of Pride optional, Kids receive free admission. 7:00-9:00 Iowa Energy Basketball Game 9:05 Depart via yellow bus back to McCombs
