This reservation is subject to a $25 USD fee for cancellation. Cancellations and No Show's will be billed a fee of 2
Nights Room and tax plus the Resort Access fee of $25 for cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival
for travel 12/22-1/4 (14 days prior to arrival for travel 1/2-4/10). Cancellations received within 7 days prior to
arrival for travel 4/11-12/21 will be charged a 1 Night room and tax penalty plus the Resort Access fee of $25.
Early departures and No Show's will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance of the stay including the room or
villa rate plus tax and daily resort fees..
