Banquo and Fleance are guarding the castle of Macbeth, the night of the murder, Macbeth comes and tells Banquo if you shall cleave to my consent, when tis, it shall make honour for you. That shows that Macbeth is trying to drag Banquo into committing the murder with him It also shows that Macbeth is unsure about the murder and wants to do it with someone else. Banquo starts getting suspicious about Macbeth because Macbeth came out and told him to come and great things will honour him. When Macbeth walks away things start getting supernatural because Macbeth says a siliequey about a dagger and says is this dagger which I see before me the handle toward me hand? Come, let me clutch thee. It kind of says to the reader and the audience that Macbeth has never really done anything like before because hes being paranoid and is getting mental at the feeling that he has to blame someone for the murder and he decided to point it on the dagger so he deont seem to guilty. 07.01.13
