Business Associate of NDS EXPRESS.

As an authorized Business Associate M/S FRIENDS COMMERCIAL has been
entrusted with the assignment of promoting our brand name NDS and develop
the Courier, Cargo and Logistic business on behalf of the parent company. M/S
FRIENDS COMMERCIAL will be operationally reporting to Proprietor Mr.
Supriyo Chowdhury.

consignments consisting of documents and parcels on behalf of the parent
company in the entire area coming under the PIN codes as specified by the
Area Office , Guwahati

We are also authorizing Mr. NISHIT DUTTA to collect payment from clients in
their firms name for the services rendered and the bill raised thereupon by
M/S FRIENDS COMMERCIAL.
