We are professional agents & mediators, Transporters, Tours & travel Agents. Our

We act as Transport and Tours Agents. 80% of the monies are spent on helping the
vulnerable individuals, youth and girl child & orphans. Many patients on acute
cases are supported with a little contribution from our company. Therefore we act as
agents and ambassadors of change.

WHAT WE DO:

1. Transport Agents:
We provide transportation to all our guests within & without the country to and
from any destination of their choice. We have cars, buses, Lorries for hire all at
affordable prices and convenient for all classes of people.

2. Hotel book:
We make Hotel Bookings for our clients & all necessary arrangements for their
accommodation.

3. Flight Booking:
We make flight Bookings for our clients before their departure.

4. Tours & Travel:

We tour our guest to any destination of their choice in Uganda at reasonable
costs.

5. Visa extension:
We work on behalf of our guests to extent their visas in Uganda.

6. Partnership/Visitors Exchange:
We work in partnership with many Parks, Guest houses, Transport Agents,
Banks, Hotels, Security Organs, r
Religious Leaders, Political Leaders, Forex Bureau, Private service providers etc.
 PRICE LIST GUIDELINE:
1. For price list, we are guided by the following:
a) Size of the work.
b) Period spent on work.
c) Nature & complexity of work.
d) Technicality & expertise required in the job.
e) Generally the negotiations will form a centre stage in all facet of
business.
2. Hence the Pro-forma invoices are always submitted in those areas that the
clients show interest. However, a tentative price list is available for quick
reference upon request.

N.B: All those changes are negotiable depending on the size of work.

Apparently, R & R Transport & Tours Agents has 6 computers basically for our operations.
The firm has a well facilitated parking yard, in the central business district of Masaka that
can hold a wide range of cars for hire.

We also own operationally motor vehicles & motor cycles for the staff & other vehicles for
goods delivery.
