They are made of the same substances Hormones function is to assists in chemical
reactions by acting as catalysts
Both contain proteins Enzymes are not released directly through the
blood stream; instead they have to pass
trough ducts.
They both contain amino-acids Hormones regulate a variety of physiological
and behavioral activities, and enzymes just
speed up chemical reactions.
