At what temperature do membrane proteins


denature?
Hypothesis:
Test tubes A, B and C will stay the same color but tube D will change because a higher
temperature will make the proteins change form.

Conclusion:

As you can see in the graph there was no color change in test tubes A, B and C and even when
they were at different temperatures, the only difference was in test tube D were the color
went all the way up the scale due to its temperature. This supports my hypothesis because I
said that the first three tubes will not change color and the last one will, and that exactly what
happened except that I didnt expect that the tube D will have a strong dark color.
