    Cooperative Advertising Agreement
    Parties: CHEIL INDIA PVT. LTD.
    PANKAJ KAKKAR, SOLE PROPRIETOR
    Term: 9/1/2013- 8/1/2014. Automatic renewal.
    Purpose: Provide for the terms and conditions pursuant to which
    CHEIL may from time to time agree to appoint the vendor for the
    particular job.
    Reimbursement: If the vendor fails to complete the job within the
    period specified , the vendor shall pay CHEIL as fixed and agreed
    liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the sum of higher of 2% of the
    contract price under the agreement or Rs. 10,000/- for each week of
    delay .
    Defect liability: 1 year from the completion of this project.
    CHEIL shall retain 10% of each vendors invoice as performance
    security during defect liability period and the same would be refunded to
