Chicken Pita Wrap




























Time Plan: Activity:
5 minutes Collect all ingredients and utensils
20 minutes Have the chicken and the pita bread in the pans
to cook
35 minutes Have the Tzatiki prepared
40 minutes Present the dish
55 minutes Clean/ Wash up
Ingredients:
Wrap:
Chicken Breast (sliced) 1 piece
Salad mix (rocket, lettuce, baby spinach) Serving for 2
Feta To taste
Olive oil tablespoon
Pita Bread 2
Tzatziki:
Plain Yoghurt 4 Tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Cucumber 1 whole
Olive oil 2 Teaspoons
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Marinate:
Lemon 2 whole
Olive oil a cup
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Rosemary 1 spring
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch

Method:
1. Collect all ingredients and utensils
2. Into a bowl add lemon, olive oil, rosemary, pepper, salt and oregano.
3. Slice the chicken breast into even slices.
4. Add the chicken into marinate and flip a few times to generously coat.
5. Cover with glad wrap and leave for as long as possible.
6. Wash the salad mix and place it in the salad bowl
7. Add a small amount olive oil to a pan and cook the chicken on a
medium heat.
8. Add a small amount olive oil to a pan and add the pita bread on a low
heat.
9. Finley dice cucumber and cloves of garlic and add into a mixing bowl.
10. Add to bowl of yoghurt and olive oil.
11. Gently fold the mixture until combined then sit to the side.
12. Take chicken off the heat and place on to the chopping board.
13. Take the pita bread off the heat and place onto the plates.
14. Evenly spread the lettuce mix down the middle of the pita.
15. Add the chicken and place on top of the lettuce mix with feta.
16. Add a generous amount of Tzatiki on top of the chicken.
17. Fold the pita up
