B: I have a degree in Public Relations from Oxford University.
A: Could you tell me about your knowledge in Word and Excel?
B: Yes, I could. I can type fast and I have been working with those
programs for ten years ago.
A: Why do you think you would be good at this job?
B: Well, I love answering customers calls and I think I am dedicated,
mature and a cooperative person. What are the working hours?
A: It is a full time work in shifts, eight to four oclock and four to ten
oclock. Tell me honestly, what would you say about your weaknesses?
B: Some people say I am a perfectionist person.

B: Yes, I could. I know how to carry on fluent conversations, take online
and phone reservations and check in hotel guests.
A: Why do you think you would be good at this job?
B: Well, I love answering customers calls and give pleasure to them too. I
am also reliable, flexible, hard-working and a good team player. What are
the working hours?
A: It is a full time work, including two weekends per month. Tell me
honestly, what would you say about your weaknesses?
B: Some people say I am a perfectionist person.
A: What are your plans for the future?
B: I would like to be working in this business for the rest of my life.
