A: Good. I'm Jose Najar, I'm from HR at the company JJ Ingenieros. As you know, we
are recruiting engineers graduated from different careers for a YANACONA mine
project.
A: Tell me, what university did you come from? What degree did you study? And your
work experiences?
C: I am also a graduate of the UTP, with a degree in civil engineering. I have been doing
internships since before finishing my degree and I have had the great opportunity to
work in the construction company PROYECTO PALCSO in the jungle as a construction
resident.
C: For my part, I am very good at handling Autocad, taking into account that all office
programs use them correctly.
C: My goal for the future is to be able to obtain my professional degree and specialize
abroad. Consequently, I have every ability to open my own construction company.
A: Finally, what do you do in your spare time? What do you do to be healthy?
C: In my spare time I do sports, I go to the gym and I do swimming. In addition, I
prepare meals rich in protein to stay healthy.
B: On weekends I go running with my dog and I like to eat fruits.
A: Why should I choose you?
B: I consider myself a disciplined, empathetic and assertive person.
C: I should be selected to be hired because I am a responsible person, optimistic in my
work and I always give more than what is asked of me in my duties.
A: Do you have any question for me?
B: YES. How much the salary is?
A: The starting salary as graduates is 2,500 soles, but according to their labor
processes, they will be paid better.
C: How long will the project last?
A: the project lasts 1 year and a half
B: What will be the working hours?
C: When will we know the results?
A: The work will comply with office hours, you work 8 hours a day with a 1-hour break
to go to lunch, the results of your contract will be available within 4 days.
