Pour the P'(')*( A+M,- (in slurry form! into the truc% and mixed for at least . minutes (Max.
/$eed! to ensure even distri#ution of the Penetron Admix throughout the concrete. (A se$arate
elevated stage should #e arranged #y the client 0 Main contractor for access to add the admix in to
the transit Mixer at a suita#le location inside the site.

A $ro$er weighing system and sufficient num#er of mixing containers should #e esta#lished near the
mixing s$ot. /ource of $orta#le water should #e arranged near the Mixing s$ot. he &uantity of
Penetron Admix added to the concrete in Kg is recorded in a Log sheet and time of mixing in transit
is recorded and ac%nowledged.
Note : ,t is im$ortant to o#tain a homogeneous mixture of Penetron Admix with the concrete.
herefore" do not add dry Admix $owder directly to wet concrete as this may cause clum$ing and
thorough dis$ersion will not occur.
Penetron Admix must be stored dry. A secured covered storage space shall be provided in the close
vicinity of the mixing spot.
Application Method:-
Penetron Admix should #e dosed at a recommended rate of 1.23 #y weight of the 4ement
materials in the mix.
Penetron Admix to #e mixed with water in the ratio of 1 %g to5 1.26 Litres of water.
6orm a slurry mixture. Pour the slurry mixture into the truc% drum to #e mixed with the
concrete.
he truc% drum should #e rotated at high s$eed for . minutes to ensure $ro$er Mixing of
Penetron Admix throughout the concrete and concreting is done.
he Penetron admix can #e mixed in dry form to the 7atch mixing $lant also.
6or M 2. 8rade 4oncrete" assuming the 4ement 9 6ly Ash content of :61 Kg $er 4um" the
&uantity of Penetron Admix to #e added to 4oncrete will #e 2.22 Kgs $er 4um.
Retaining Wall Treatment:

rectifying the defects (Li%e ?oney com#s crac%s etc! in the retaining wall concrete with
Penecrete Mortar.
After the coating and curing of the surface for minimum : days" #ac% filling of earth can #e

Penetron slurry should #e a$$lied in the retaining wall ta%e u$ to :11 mm from the final
filled level.
