Attitude Examples :

o I am considered a bottom feeder.
o It's not my job.
o But I have a college degree.
o I have no growth possibilities.
o Employees make preventable mistakes because they dont seem to care
o Department negativity is causing employees to request transfers or even
quit
o Back-stabbing and back-biting are creating an adverse environment

Overcome with Negativity :
Open Communication with co-workers and Managers
Look for the good in every bad/challenging situation. STOP listening to
that little negative voice
MOOD Swings : Both positive and negative. Do something that will place
you in a positive mood, such as speaking with anyone that is known for
having a positive attitude or mood
