The end of the year is fast approaching. Please take note of the following information.

1. Check-In the library books: Please check-in all the library books by Wednesday, June 18
th

Student can check-out the books until Tuesday, June 17
th

2. Parent Survey about the First Program (June 13
th
): We are open-minded and would like to get
your opinions about the school and the education we offer. This will go out to parents Friday, June
13
th
. Please kindly return this survey to the FP administration on or before Monday, June 16
th
.

3. Please take note of the dates and times for the end-of-the-year ceremonies: Arch Day, House
Breakfast, FP Concert, MSHS Concert, Graduation Ceremony, Graduation Buffet. Important to
note is who is invited to each of the events, i.e. specific groups of the CDS community are invited
to each of the events.

Those students involved in the graduation ceremony are responsible for their own
transportation home.
