The Neighborhood Advisory Committee meeting for the Fireside at Norterra Community Association was held on June 11, 2014 at 6:30pm in the Community Center Great Room. Those present included representatives from AAM and Fireside as well as board members. The committee discussed proposed new fencing behind the Community Center and recommended the board proceed with the project for up to $37,000. They also felt the current community access card fee schedule was reasonable. An update was provided noting they were waiting on a response about a cell tower from Coal Creek Consulting and that the city was working to install new trail head signage. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. 2. Roll Call See above listing of those present. 3. Discussion Topics a. Proposed new fencing behind Community Center: The Committee recommends that the Board of Directors proceed with looking into adding the additional fencing for an estimated price not to exceed $37,000. b. Community Access Card Fee Schedule: The Committee feels that the current fee schedule is reasonable and should not be amended at this time. c. Cell Tower - Update: We are currently waiting on the response from Coal Creek Consulting. d. Trail Head Sign - Update: City is working on getting the signage installed. 4.
