Class Prices are $5 per class or $35 for a monthly unlimited pass or $45 for a 10 punch pass-passes good
for all classes, except Flex Yoga on Tues/Thurs. We also have session classes in which you need to regis-
ter and pre-pay for the entire month. Contact Fitness Front Desk for more info on these classes. You can

DESCRIPTION
Total Body
Conditioning
All levels An all-inclusive workout that will target every major muscle group,
plus add a cardio workout to burn fat.
Yoga
All levels All Levels class to strengthen, open and clean the body by practic-
ing classical yoga poses in different sequences.
Cycling

All levels This instructor-led indoor cycling class can burn 300-600 calories
per session by incorporating strength, endurance and anaerobic
intervals.
Water Fitness
Beginner/
All levels
This fitness class is good for all ages, all abilities. If you need a
good workout in the water join us for this class. The water is heat-
ed and we can get you movin and groovin! This is a session
class, you pay $20 for the entire month. Minimum of 6 registered
in order for the class to go.
Flex Yoga
Beginner This yoga class is designed for beginners. It will increase
flexibility, lubrication of joints, ligaments and tendons and increas-
es muscle tone and strength building. If you have never tried
yoga, this class is perfect for you!
Kickboxing
All Levels Get your heart pounding and the sweat dripping with power com-
bo punches and kicks. With a concentration on form, repetition
and cardio, this class will give you an awesome workout that will
tone and strengthen your arms, legs and buns! This is a session
class, you pay $20 for the entire month. Minimum of 6 registered
in order for the class to go.
