'. STIPEND / SC%OLARS%IP The S.?ST students of North Eastern states are generally rovided with stiends "y the concerned state governments at varying rates usually over 655?= er month! The North Eastern .ouncil also rovides scholarshi to the students of the region for their study at 3iloma and higher levels at rates, which vary "etween J55?= and %55?= er month!
