Simplilearn: Authorized Training Partner (ATP)

Commercial Model

1. ATP (Authorized Training Partner) Sign-Up Amount Rs. 3.00 Lakh

(This is an affiliation fees to carry Simplilearns ATP Status. Which make you
eligible to sale PMI, APMG, and others accredited training courses in association
with Simplilearn).

2. Rs. 90,000 is non-adjustable and non-refundable.

(ATP administrative and ongoing support charges)

3. Rs. 2, 10,000 is non- refundable but adjusted against future business.
(No other company adjust signup amount against the future business or
royalty.)

4. Royalty Sharing Model:
a. Case 1: On Class room based Trainings Delivery done by your Trainer
(Certified and Accredited) Simplilearn will charge 30% royalty per
participant on standard course fee, and 70% will be your share.
Against 30% royalty Simplilearn will provide following:
I. Simplilearns Brand Name to be used by you
II. Instructors Manual
III. E-learning license to each participant(90 days validity)
IV. Official PDUs where ever applicable
V. Course completion certificate
VI. 24*7 support to the participants
VII. Students Manual (Master copy), you will need to do the
replica and circulate to each participant.

b. Case 2: On Classroom based Trainings Delivery done by Simplilearns
Trainer we will charge Rs.20K to Rs. 30K per Day (Travel & stay will
be extra), and no additional royalty will be applicable. Against which
Simplilearn will provide the following:
I. Everything which is applicable in case 1.

We give e-learning courses to our partners at 40% discount.
