Pair Arrested on Larceny and Burglary Charges

On 8-5-14, Shelton Police arrested 24 year old Kenneth Milligan and 24 year old
Caroline Bevans, both of Mica Ct in Shelton, on active arrest warrants. Both were
charged with Larceny in the 1st Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny in the 1st Degree,
and Burglary in the 3rd Degree. Bevans was additionally charged with Conspiracy to
Commit Burglary in the 3rd Degree. Milligan was released on a $50,000 bond and Bevans
was released on a $10,000 bond. Both are scheduled to appear at Derby Court on 08-1914.
The arrest stems from a burglary that was reported to police in July 2013. The
victim reported to police that $24,400 was taken from his Oak Ave residence. The victim
knew both Milligan and Bevans.
