Open image.

Duplicate the background layer by


right clicking and selecting Duplicate,
or, CTRL+J.

Using the lasso tool, select around
the eyes.

Using the eye-drop tool, choose a colour
within the white of the eyes to find the
color #FFFFF4
Use the paint bucket tool to fill
the selection around the eyes on
a new layer.
Using the quick-selection tool, select the
subjects head and neck on the duplicated
background layer excluding clothing.

Click Refine Edge.
Smooth: 45
Feather: 7.2px
Contrast: 19%
Shift Edge: +18%
CTRL+J to cut out the
selection into a new layer.
Group this layer.

In the Adjustments panel, select
Color Balance.
Highlights: -36
+26
+37

Midtones: -1
-22
+45

Select the adjustments layer change mode to color
right click and select create clipping mask.

Select the duplicate background layer and select some
outlines around the forehead or other places where the
colour looks out of place due to our Color Balance
Adjustments layer.
CTRL+J to create a layer from the selection.

Place the layer over the head and chest
layer earlier selected and merge down

Ensure Color Balance is set as a clipping mask.
Using the clone stamp tool, select the
skin around the brows to begin erasing
them.

Clean up any uneven edges after
clone stamping out the eyebrows
using the Patch tool.

Select around the lips using the lasso tool. CTRL+F6 to feather with a
radius of 5px.

With the selected lips layer, go to
Image>Adjustments> Color Balance
Shadows: -49 0 +51
Highlights: -61 0 0

Layer>Flatten Image
Complete.
