TRASH TO TREASURE 2014

Have you ever heard the expression that one persons trash is
another persons treasure? Heres your chance to find the good
in a pile of rubbish!

Who can enter? All Year 8s (or teacher - Ms Brady
wants to give it a go!)
What are the rules?
All parts of the entry must be re-using / recycling goods which
would otherwise be waste. No part of the item can be made
from or decorated with something which has been bought. This
excludes anything used to join, eg. glue, sellotape etc.
What are the categories?
1. Functional Treasure eg. chairs, benches, tables, lamps
2. Fashionable Treasure, eg. clothing, jewellery, accessories
3. Artistic Treasure eg. sculptures, collages
4. Musical Treasure eg. instruments
5. Open Category anything that doesnt fit into the above categories.
When are the entries due? Friday, September 19
th
