these words and practice using them in sentences throughout the week. We will talk about these words in class as
well.

Reading - This week we are in unit 1.3 in our Wonders reading series. Please complete pages 21 and 22 from the
Wonders Your Turn practice book. Your child is encouraged to complete additional pages from unit 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3 if
he or she needs additional practice. Your child will be tested on the phonics skills and high frequency words from
unit 1.3 on Friday, September 5
