MALPRACTICE OF TIME AND
MONEY THAT MIGHT
HAPPEN AT SCHOOL.
2. SUGGEST WAYS TO
OVERCOME THE PROBLEMS.

Problems:
1. Teachers come late to school.
2. Teachers enter the class late but going
out from the class too early.
3. During free time, teachers always chit
chatting in the staffroom, canteen.
(teacher should use this time to settle
their works, files, or make lesson plans
for next class).

Teachers should learn and refer back to
ethics` code. Make self reflect.
Headmaster should be firm and take actions
towards teachers who do this mistakes. (used
punch card in school)
Headmaster should check/ monitor teachers
work from time to time. (every Monday
headmaster will check teachers record book).
HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
Problems:
a) Teachers use students` money to make other things
(English club money is using for other clubs activity).
b) Malpractice of KWAMP. Research showed that there are
RM196,550 cases about malpractice of KWAMP in
2004-2006. (Laporan Ketua Audit Negara)

2 cases were malpractice from the headmaster
3 cases were about the money was missing by the
headmaster.
1 case about the headmaster failed to give the money to
the teachers incharged.

False claimed travel allowances.
Force students to buy additional work
books so teachers will get commissions
from the suppliers.

Audit should be particular in auditing school money.
Colleagues can help in advising their friends not to
use school money illegally.
The administer should check and monitor all the
payment or resits that been collected or used by
other teachers.
Headmaster should take action for teachers who
used the money illegally.
It comes from the individuals themselves. We should
reflect back and learn not to be greedy and be
honest in using students/ schools money. After all,
it is really bad using illegal money.
