For Teacher side

o Teacher’s personality such as facial expression, gestures, tone of
voices and eye contact is important.
o Giving Instruction is in need. (KISS- Keep Instructions short and
simple)
o Seating Arrangements such as circle time, horse shoe, back-to-
back.
o Preparation, creativity and learning contract are essential.

For Students side

o There are things that happen students’ bad behaviors.
o Not paying attention to teacher
o Not suitable for students’ characteristics
o Psychological Issues
o Students don’t pay attention to teacher because they want to
care from teacher.
o Therefore, teacher must know students’ background.
o There must have private time with students.
Materials Management
o Under the materials management, there are coursebooks, extra
materials and left materials.
o For coursebooks, teachers need to make course plan at least one
month.
o For extra materials, there are worksheet, Props=Mask,
Construction paper, Decoration.
o For Left materials, Teachers must prepare stationeries, protective
materials, Exam slip)

Anger Management
o Teachers anger management can happen because of students’
bad behavior. At that time teachers must use slime, paper ball or
soft towel.
o Another anger management can Couse parents’ complaint during
that time teacher must listen first, second ask questions and third
solve the problems.
o Next one is when teachers change lesson plan by themselves,
teachers need to inform to school in advance.
Online Classroom Management
o Depend on the current situation, all teachers must know IT well.
o When teachers are using Zoom app, teachers need to tell students
in advance not to turn off camera all the time and need to be
careful background noise.
o When students don’t pay attention to teacher, teacher need to
use to active way. Teachers need to play her voice well.
o When we are using zoom, teachers need to wait 10 mins for
students. Teachers need to think about attendance.
o Teachers must check students’ virtual background and profile
picture.
o If annotation does not need for students, teachers must close it.
o For absent students, teachers must record.

Common Classroom Management

o Teachers must be inconsistent. There must be rule between
submitting late students and not late students how to give grading
for them.
o Teachers must negotiate with school when there are lots of
paperwork and there is no parental support.
o There must be good relationship between teachers and students.
o When there is different level in the class, teachers need to divide
different lesson for them.
o Teaches need to be careful class size and different ethnic groups.
o Next important point is Don’t call students “Kid”.
o Don’t use image with watermark. Use real image.
Current Problem in Managing the class
As an assistant, there is no nice relationship with class teacher (online
class).
For my duty is to check homework in Google classroom. At that time
some students do not turn in limited time. I told to class teacher but
she didn’t reply me as well as she didn’t tell students to submit
homework.
Therefore, I reported teaching supervisor for this case. May I know Tr,
