AMBULANCE PERFORMANCE MEASURE

% of Code-3 ambulance calls within CBTS with a response time of 5 minutes or less from dispatch to arrival.

102 total calls for service
59 calls for service in CBTS Average response time: 3:12 min.

3 calls with a response time over five minutes in CBTS- ( 0 - Code 4 calls with a response over 5 min) 100%
CF-14-0607 Santa Fe & 4th (5:00 min) response to lift assist
CF-14-0610 Lincoln & 13th (6:00 min)call at 1:47 am for lift assist.
CF-14-0656 Camino Real & 10th (7:31 min) call at 3:49 am for fire alarm service call.
CF-14-0696 Casanova & 13th (8:16 min) call at 12:14 pm (town was busy; slowed response time) lift assist

NOTES:

Ambulance replaced their old stretcher through the Capital Improvement Plan with a new hydraulic stretcher.

address.

NOTES:
Long response resulted in a complaint by victim. This was addressed and determined to be a result of poor
direction given by Fire Comm. House is a frequent customer of Fire/Ambulance Service. Crews have been
made aware of the location for any further calls.
