engineers and test engineers7 ho#e"er7 are not fa&iliar #ith the generation principles and
handling &easures of the configuration conflict alar&s. 2herefore7 #hen these alar&s are
generated7 the* tend to as8 de"elop&ent engineers to locate or clear these alar&s. 2his greatl*
reduces the alar& processing efficienc*.

configuration is incorrect and sol"e pro.le&s i&&ediatel* #hen configuration conflict alar&s

another s*ste&.
2his alar& is detected and reported .* the SMS soft#are. 2he configuration conflict alar& is
detected onl* #hen the para&eters are sent to the integrated-e=uip&ent .oard .* the SMS
soft#are.
2his alar& is reported onl* in the dual &ode or &ultiple &ode scenarios.
Case:
?hen *ou configure the po#er s*ste& t*pe 5%PM307 %PM1007 %PM007 PS/+907 -PS/+107
or SC/+006 for the PM$ on the BSC7 the configuration is sent onl* to the &ain control
.oard. 2he &ain control .oard does not send the configuration to the PM$. 2herefore7 #hen
different po#er t*pes are configured for the t#o G$ sides7 the G$ does not generate a
conflict alar&.
