Matthew Chesebro ugh, whom I strongly recommend for this scholarship funding. My contact
with Mr. Chesebrough includes currently being one of his Professors in the Foundations of
Education Course where he has actively participated in debates, supports his peers, demonstrates
creativity, vision, and professionalism in his every mannerism throughout the semester.
It is because of Matthew's wonderful character and reputation, outstanding leadership qualities,
academic and social successes, and his great potential, that I support and recommend this
