Students will then work in pairs to discuss the most important factors for getting a job, and the teacher will monitor their discussion. Finally, the teacher will have students report their partner's opinions to the class.

2. LEAD IN/ PREPARATION Teacher will draw a cloud and write the word GETTING A JOB in a cloud, teacher will ask students words related to this topic like (interview, boss, employee, etc.)
3. SETTING UP THE ACTIVITY Teacher will ask a student to read the instructions, then ask a student if they have understood, through information questions like What do we have to do first?
4. RUNNING THE ACTIVITY Ss will get together in pairs and discuss about the most important factors for them and support their ideas. Teacher will monitor the class and provide help.
5. CLOSING THE ACTIVITY Walk around and check if students have finished, otherwise give them extra time.
6. POST-ACTIVITY If the class is small teacher will ask students to report the opinion of his/her classmate. And ask the rest of the class if they agree with that opinion.
