Tomato Idli:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Semolina
2 Tomatoes Paste
1/2 Cup Sour Curd
2 Tbsp. Rice Flour
1 Tbsp. Coconut, fnely copped
1 !reen Cili, copped
1 Pc"t Fruit Salt
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp. Coriander #ea$es, copped
method:
Sie$e te semolina and rice %our to&eter.

'dd sour curd and *old it until to smoot consistency.
!rease te idli mould usin& &ee and "eep ready )it steamer.
'dd eno and mi+ it and immediately pour te batter into idli mould to steam *or 1, -1.
minutes.
Remo$e te idlis and ser$e ot )it sambar or &reen cutney as snac".
