IES-5 key for the PLC should be on auto

All KVS should be on auto

Push initialization button from field will start V-108 & V-113 filling.

As V-108 LSH activate P-108 will start in circulation(Water recycling)

Now load 45 kg of cellulose.

Wait until LSH activation on V-113

Now we can start cycle

Give start permissive from DCS (HS-7128)

Keep FV-1774 & FV-1775 on manual with sum of FZI more than 50 %.

Start cycle from Field.

After 20 min sequence will go for filling F-106.

As LSH-2712 on F-106 activate will go on pre coating for 1 hr.

At the end of pre coating cycle will go on filtration.

Set FIC-1774 at SP 115 M3/hr. and FV-1775 at SP 30 M3/hr.
