General Anesthesia Medication

Midazolam 1 mg/ml. 5 mL
Fentanyl 50 mcg/ml. 5 mL
Lidocaine 1% 10ml, or 2% 5mL
Ephedrine 50 mg/ml
Mix 1ml + 9ml NS = 5 mg/mL
Phenylephrine 10 mg/mL
1 ml in 250 ml NS = 40 mcg/mL
Induction Choose:
Propofol 20 mg/ml. 20 mL
Ketamine 50 mg/mL
2ml +8ml NS = 10 mg/ml 10 mL.
STP 25 mg/ml. 20 mL.
Etomidate 2 mg/ml. 10 mL.
Muscle Relaxant Choose:
Succinylcholine 20 mg/mL. 10 mL.
Mivacurium 2 mg/mL. 10 mL.
Rocuronium 10 mg/mL. 5-10 mL.
Vecuronium 1 mg/mL. Reconstitute.
Cisatracurium 2 mg/mL. 10 mL.
Glycopyrrolate 0.2 mg/mL. 5 mL.
Neostigmine 1 mg/mL. 5 mL.
Atropine. Readily available, but not
drawn up unless indicated by procedure
or condition.
Sufentanil Use 3 vials (100 mcg/2 mL)
250 mcg / 250 mL for drip. Use last mL
with 4 ml NS for 10 mcg / mL. 5 mL.
Epinephrine 1 mg / 250 mL. 4 mcg/mL.
