I am extremely pleased to recommend KARLA SATISH REDDY for

graduate studies at your esteemed university. I have known him for the past four
years of his bachelor degree program where I taught him Engineering Drawing,
Space Mechanics, Air transportation systems. I have guided him in his practice in
mechanics of solids Lab. During this period of time, I have had the opportunity to
assess his skills and qualifications.

One of the qualities I really appreciate in Satish Reddy is his high level of
involvement and enthusiasm for anything he does. Whether it is coursework,
labwork, industry visits, voluntary work, project work, organizing events, he
never lacked zeal or patience. His participation in various extracurricular
activities is noteworthy. This positive attitude made him a very good team player.
He has a good command over the English language and is able to put forth his
opinions clearly and succinctly. In addition to good communication skills, he has a
down to earth personality, which helps him work very easily with the seniors as
well as juniors in the group.

He showed dedication in the research and project work Design and
Analysis of Aircraft Wing Structure. As his project guide, I observed tremendous
growth in his skills over the duration of the project. He was proficient in design
softwares like CATIA, AUTOCAD and also analysis software ANSYS. He
always found alternatives and solutions whenever there was a challenging
situation. This project won many accolades from professors and students during
the inter-college annual project display.

Considering his overall achievements and academic distinctions, I place
him among the top 6% of the students associated with me in recent years. His
dedication towards higher studies, quest for knowledge and his intellectual
