The radiologist found no evidence of any focal or diffuse parenchymal disease and noted the left lateral ventricle was slightly larger than the right which is considered a normal variant.

    Infratentorial
    Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.
    Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.
    Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.
    Supratentorial
    Both the cerebral hemisphere show normal gray and white matter differentiation.
    Basal cisterns are seen normally.
    Left lateral ventricle is more prominent than right [ normal variant] .Third and right
    lateral ventricles are seen normally.
    o midline shift is seen.

    OPINION:
    NO EVIDENCE SUGGESTIVE OF ANY FOCAL / DIFFUSE PARENCY!AL
    DISEASE OR ANY SPACE OCCUPYING LESION IS IDENTIFIED"
