-language should be used
to validate an individuals
humanity
-most media and public
view the immigration issue
as black and white
-the word illegal conveyed
criminality. Therefore
should not be used to
describe humans, No
human being is illegal.
-the Hispanic population in
the U.S. will outnumber
people of European decent











My Response:
-very true and the problem
is that most people speak
without thinking, they
sometimes cause harm
through their words
without even realizing it
-nothing in this world is
black and white and as long
as it continues to be
viewed as that then it will
never be solved
-sometimes people do not
realize the sensitivity of a
word, sometimes this
includes me too..
-prejudice will always exist
in every society in some
form no matter how much
people think they have
changed

made we never really know
our impact on someone
with just a few simple
words that may mean
nothing to us
-This statement is true as
well no one has the same
views on one subject
therefore we will never
agree on one solution
-I am also one of these
people I see words as just
words not much of an
effect on someone.
