Payment Procedure: Here we provide THREE options to make payment for your desire
products.

After getting payment we will give you a confirmation message on your facebook or on
your mobile phone.
For Pre-order based products you have to pay 50% in advance and rest 50% on delivery
time.
For Cash on delivery based products you can pay full payment on delivery time.


Product Delivery Procedure: We follow TWO options for product delivery.
Home Delivery Service: We provide home delivery service through Sundorban
or Continental Courier service to any district of Bangladesh. Home delivery is also
possible through Graffiti in Dhaka city only. We mention Free Home Delivery
Service for some products; in that cases you do not need to pay any extra
charge. Otherwise you have to pay extra 100 tk as home delivery charge.
