WHAT HAVE I DONE IN E-LOGISTICS?

FULFILLMENT

I have developed an online-based business model for ordering souvenir products from all the origin
cities in Indonesia starting from receiving order from customer, purchase the product to the seller's
shop, propose the secondary packaging and shipping product order to the destination. I also conducted
merchant selection and quality control for the products that will be displayed in the online store. My
team also took product photos and product content descriptions to improve the quality of product sales.
I also created a product virtual account in other marketplaces such as Bukalapak, Blibli, Elevenia,
Tokopedia, and so on. When there is an order from the marketplace or the modern market, my team
will automatically place an order to the origin city, asking our team there to purchase the product, do
the packaging and send it directly to the customer in the destination city. I also educated suppliers /
merchants regarding product packaging, and utilization of online media channels provided by us.
Customers can also monitor their bookings through the system provided. I also do partnerships and
integrated the online platform with payment gateways and banks to be able to accept various payment
methods desired by customers. Including providing Customer Care services team when customers want
to do product returns, inquiries and complaints.

Currently I am also involved in a project fulfillment for cross-border, which the process starts from the
supplier determines the storage of ordered goods to the location of retail sales and sending the data
information, when the goods arrive the officer will scan the item to be put into the inventory system.
Then once the customer places an order, the officer will process the picking of goods from the
warehouse, then the officer will do packing, print a receipt and update the stock, and the courier will
deliver the goods to the customer. Customers can also choose whether they want to do self-collect
option to the nearest outlet (if the ordered item are available there).

LAST MILE DELIVERY

I and the Team managed to run the process of one day delivery service for online order food souvenirs
from the origin city to the destination city. For some foods, we run the sameday delivery service, to
ensure that food can arrive at the destination on the same day. The shipping process is monitored
starting from the process of packaging the goods, then going into the outbound process to be sent to
the destination city, then after arriving at the destination city, it is processed in inbound, then proceed
to the delivery process by courier to the delivery address area. The Couriers are equipped with a mobile
application that contains a list of parcels to be delivered and the courier is required to give a proof
delivery statuswhen the parcel has been delivered and received by the customer.
