Operation Plan
I. METHOD
Sourcing of Goods: Izzawap is a food cart business wherein they sell food
desserts and snacks in different varities of food and flavors which means that
they would go through a manufacturing process. So they buy the things they
need and they also have a supplier named Creative Company.
II. MANPOWER
a) Job Description: Izzawap is a small business which means it only need less
than 10 workers. So here is the list of workers and descriptions of their
works:
Business Owner/Supervisor: He/she will be the one to lead,
manage, and supervise the overall operation of the business.
Marketing and Sales Manager: He/she is the one resonsible for
the marketing and implementation of the sales plan.
- Direct Seller: He/she will be responsible for direct sales of
the product to the customers, they would also be the one
responsible for receiving and managing the money or the
payment. He/she would also be working under the
Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Indirect Seller: He/she would be responsible for indirect
sales they would also be responsible and manage the online
transactions. He/she would also be working under the
Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Delivery Man: He would be responsible for the direct
distribution of the product that contact in social media or
website. He/she is also under supervision of Marketing and
Sales Manager.
d) Job Offer: The following are the offers for each job
Marketing and Sales Manager: The workers would receive Php 700
per day. The food expenses during work hours will be shouldered by
the business. Social Security System (SSS) is also provided.
Direct Seller: The workers would receive Php 500 per day. The food
expenses during work hours will be shouldered by the business. Social
Security System (SSS) is also provided.
Indirect Seller: The workers would receive Php 500 per day. The
food expenses during work hours will be shouldered by the business.
Social Security System (SSS) is also provided.
Delivery Man: The workers would receive Php 500 per day. The food
expenses during work hours will be shouldered by the business. Social
Security System (SSS) is also provided.
Accountant: The workers would receive Php 700 per day. The food
expenses during work hours will be shouldered by the business. Social
Security System (SSS) is also provided.
Quality Control Officer: The workers would receive Php 500 per
day. The food expenses during work hours will be provided by the
business. Social Security System (SSS) is also provided.

Suppliers: The suppliers of the product, which are flour, syrups, topping,
and vanilla extract, would be coming from Creative Company.
Supplies: Some of Izzawap supplies are flour, syrup, toppings, and vanilla
extract.
VII. Marketing Plan
Value Proposition:
Izzawap aims to provide high quality food while maintaing a safe and
clea place for the customets to relax and enjoy.
2. Place
• The business will be located wherein it will be surronded by more
food carts and indoor and outdoor restaurant The business will alsp be
located in a spacious place wherein it can accomadate 15 customers,
especially not hot since the store starts from when the sun is about to set

• The business will charge Php 10 if you want to have ice cream on
your bubble waffle.
4. Promotion
• The business owners will promote their products by using social
media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. In particular,
one of the business owners, Alliyah Villanueva, will use her TikTok
account to upload the teaser videos about the business and the product
teaser.
5. Packaging
• The business will pack the bubble waffle in a paper cup with a
customize logo of the business that highlights the business name and the
logo of the business. On the other hand, the Hot Malaysian Coffee and
Hot Malaysian Choco will be placed in a mug that will hold the hotness
of the Hot Malaysian Coffee and Hot Malaysian Choco for a long time.
6. People
• The business will target general masses, the business is more
focused on teens and people that are working and looking for snacks in
the afternoon, for them to enjoy the whole bubble waffle.

Product
The business will offer bubble waffle (with or without ice cream), hot
malaysian cofee, and hot malaysian choco. As mentioned two bubble
waffle of you choice with or without ice cream will come with hot
malaysian coffee or hot malaysian choco.

Ingredients from the Suppliers, Delivering the Ingredients from the warehouse to
the store location, Producing Bubble Waffle, Hot Malaysian Coffee, and Hot
Malaysian Choco, Selling of produced Bubble Waffle, Hot Malaysian Coffee and
Hot Malaysian Choco, and Processing of Profit, and Evaluating the Progress of the
Business and Feedback of Customers. The cycle or the workflow will repeat until
the business operations and activity stopped.
d. Sales Forecast
These are the sales projection for the next 4 years of Izzawap business with
an extensive marketing effort being implemented:
The sales will increase in 20% in year 2.
The sale will increase in 30% in year 3.
The sales will increase in 40% in year 4.
