WHAT I KNOW
A. SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Strictly all of the customers and stuffs needs to wear face masks and face shield for the stuff is all them need to wear their ppe clothes gloves
or anything that need to be safe. Also always Wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces dishware, utensils, food preparation surfaces,
and beverage equipment before and after use.
B. DINE-IN MEALS
Rearrange indoor and outdoor seating and standing areas to keep customers 1–2m apart or install screens, where necessary. Avoid customers
having to leave their tables, such as to pick up cutlery, condiments or food, to maintain distancing. Inform customers that their children are
also required to follow social distancing guidelines.
C. PRICELIST
Apps can also hold a number of other advantages for a restaurant and for its customers. Removing printed menus: a menu that has to be
handled by customers and staff is a potential source of infection and will need cleaning and disinfecting regularly. An online menu can also be
updated more easily without having to get new copies printed.
D. EVENTS
Minimize the contact between staff and customers, where possible, such as at tills or front-of-house, by using screens and distancing. Control
also the numbers of people on the premises with advanced booking and queuing at the entry. The numbers using washrooms at any one time
should also be controlled to ensure social distancing.
E. TAKE-OUT MEALS
All to-go and delivery orders must be properly handled, and all food packaging must be free of contamination and safe for customers to touch.
You’ll want to continue utilizing no contact procedures well after the peak of the pandemic to ensure your employees and customers stay safe.
Printed safety labels should be used to secure all to-go packages to minimize tampering throughout the delivery process.
F. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Order fulfilment: customers can place their order in advance or while sitting at their table and the information is sent straight to the kitchen
staff. There’s no need for a member of staff to manage the phone or to take orders on paper at the tables, saving on staff workload. The
customer order is accurately recorded and more clearly readable by kitchen staff. Online payment: payment is made immediately the order is
confirmed by the customer. This releases staff time and removes the need to handle cash, cards or a payment terminal – all potential routes of
infection. The customer no longer has to try and attract the attention of a member of staff at the end of their meal to pay and there’s no risk of
customers walking out without paying. It’s wise to be strategic with your marketing messages so that you can continue promoting online
ordering, delivery, gift cards, and promotions to maximize sales.
WHAT’S IN
1. Pakikisama/Pakikipagkapwa-tao
Pakikisama is a Filipino value because it refers to the Filipino culture and has
a purpose to make people happy, to be in peace with others and to be closer to
each other. This is manifested by the fact that when a disaster occurs, the Filipinos
respond by instinct. As a Filipino, there is always the tendency, the availability to
be of help, and at times, even at the risk of one’s life. This is the shared sense of
identity and consciousness of the ‘other’. It is treating others with the respect and
dignity as an equal rather than someone below the individual.
2. Utang na Loob
It is a technique of reciprocity of debt of gratitude to others within the family
circle or primary group , sometimes unlimited in nature , emotional rather than
financial or rational. For the German, it will be the meaning of eternal gratitude. It

help the parents, to obey them and to show them love and respect. This is justified
by the fact that we would not be in the world without them.
3. Bayanihan system or spirit of kinship and camaraderie
Bayanihan is a core essence of the Filipino culture. It is helping out one’s
neighbor as a community, and doing a task together, thus lessening the workload
and making the job easier. It is also called the ‘community spirit’. It is best
exhibited when people wish to move locations in the rural area. A Filipino
community spirit and cooperation wherein a group of individuals extends a helping
hand without expecting any remuneration. It is characterized by communal work
towards one goal exemplified in carrying a nipa house or pushing a passenger
jeepney.
4. Family Orientation
A Filipino trait of giving highest importance to family above other thing. A
trait wherein family members should be taken care and supported regardless of
whether he/she did something wrong, a family member must given attention and
should not be abandoned. The Filipinos recognize their family as an important
social structure that one must take care of. They give importance to the safety and
unity of one’s family. It is also common to find the whole clan living in the same
area and have extended family structure.
5. Hiya
It is a Filipino value that is difficult to translate. Literally it has several
meanings such as shy, timid, sensitive rather than ashamed. Filipinos believe they
must live up to the accepted standards of behaviour and make it a point not to
cause another person’s embarrassment. Each is anticipated to have hiya in the
way they behave to win respect from the community. This is a value that gives a
Filipino a sense of social decency and politeness.
WHAT’S NEW
Objectives are an important element of any organization because they
provide guidance, inspiration, a strong emphasis, as well as higher status. To be
a SMART business owner, I must apply the SMART strategy when determining
the firm's objectives. A SMART goal is a type of goal that is used to facilitate the
setting of a clear objective. The SMART acronym stands for Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. As a result, a SMART
objective combines every one of these factors to assist entrepreneurs to focus
their efforts and boost the likelihood of succeeding.
Among the techniques I'll employ to set my company apart from others in
the automobile industry are the following: Customer evaluations instill
confidence, and they're perhaps the most successful car marketing tactic there
seems to be. As an automobile business person, I'll have to make sure that not
only do we have positive ratings but that we go above and over to make sure
that they're elsewhere. I'll have to bid on competitive terms as well. Since we're
on the subject of search engine advertising, it's crucial to remember that you
shouldn't only invest in prominent terms such as "new Nissan." To combat the
rivals, businesses need also to launch an automobile advertising campaign.

on the correct clients. As the firm's owner, I'll need to know the type of
automobile business I'm promoting and who my potential consumers are and
then bring cars that match their requirements. When it comes to buying a new
car, different buyers have a wide range of concerns, wants, and desires. These
tactics will allow me to gain a competitive edge.

III. The Target Customers and the Main Value Proposition to the
Customers
I was targeting students of Angelo Levardo Loyola Senior High School as my primary market.
Students from Senior High School students--Grade 11 and Grade 12. U WRAP ME UP is the house to
satisfy the appetite with savoring goods.
Students will definitely love and will repeat to buy more. It is common for the students to have
snacks before and after subject discussions, in order to boost their stamina and liveliness during the
activities in class.
My secondary market are the teachers or the faculty of Angelo Levardo Loyola Senior High School.
Teachers from different faculties of Grade 11 to Grade 12. This haven of savors can bring out to the
teachers the joy to teach with gusto. Due to heavy and full loads of teaching, they tend to seek something
to eat to regain their energy.
