I. METHODS
a. Sourcing of Goods: Choco n’ Smiles is a Chocolate Resell Business which means that
they would not go through any manufacturing processes. Instead, they would source
their products from suppliers, specifically from Macau.
c. Payment Process: Choco n’ Smiles aims to provide a flexible and easy payment
method. Payment methods are as follows:
II. MANPOWER
a. Job Description: Choco n’ Smiles is a microbusiness, which means that it would only
have less than 10 workers. Here is the list of workers and the description of their job.
● Logistics Coordinator: Since the products of the business would came from
suppliers from Macau, a logistic coordinator is responsible for overseeing all
aspects of supply chain management (i.e. quality control and recounting),
and also for communicating with the people in the Philippines
- Assistant Logistics Coordinator: He/she would assist the Logistics
coordinator to boost productivity.
● Marketing and Sales Manager: He/she is responsible for all the marketing
operations and implementation of the sales plan.
- Direct Seller: He/she is responsible for the direct sales of products to
the customers, and would receive and manage all the payments.
He/she would also work under the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Indirect Seller: He/she is responsible for the indirect sales, and would
also manage the online transactions. He/she would also work under
the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Delivery Man: He/she is responsible for the direct distribution of
products, and is under the supervision of Marketing and Sales
Manager.

● Accountant: He/she is responsible for managing, recording, and presentation
of all the business transactions.
● Quality Control Officer: He/she is responsible for all the necessary actions
after the delivery of supplies from Macau to Philippines like quality control,
recording of inventory, recounting, and more.
● Quality Control Officer: He/she should have experience and knowledge in the
operations of the business. He/she should also have effective management
skills, and be physically fit/healthy.
c. Selection of Job Applicants: The applicants would have to pass their resume that
would contain enough information about themselves, and also undergo a
one-on-one interview. After some careful consideration, the business owner would
decide if the applicant/s are accepted or not.
d. Job Offer: The following are the offers for each job
● Logistics Coordinator: The worker would receive Php 300 per day and living
expenses would be shouldered by the business. Social Security System (SSS)
is also provided.
● Assistant Logistics Coordinator: The worker would receive Php 250 per day
and living expenses would be shouldered by the business. Social Security
System (SSS) is also provided.
● Marketing and Sales Manager: The worker would receive Php 500 per day.
Food expenses during work hours would be shouldered by the business.
Social Security System (SSS) is also provided.
● Direct Seller: The worker would receive Php 300 per day. Food expenses
during work hours would be shouldered by the business. Social Security
System (SSS) is also provided.
● Indirect Seller: The worker would receive Php 300 per day. Food expenses
during work hours would be shouldered by the business. Social Security
System (SSS) is also provided.
● Delivery Man: The worker would receive Php 300 per day. Food expenses
during work hours would be shouldered by the business. Social Security
System (SSS) is also provided.
● Accountant: The worker would receive Php 500 per day. Food expenses
during work hours would be shouldered by the business. Social Security
System (SSS) is also provided.
● Quality Control Officer: The worker would receive Php 300 per day. Food
expenses during work hours would be shouldered by the business. Social
Security System (SSS) is also provided.
e. Employee Development: All the employees would receive proper training before
and during employment from experts/tutors of their specific field. These trainers
would be hired outside the business, and would not be a regular worker of Choco n’
Smiles

● Suppliers: The suppliers of the products, which are branded chocolates, biscuits, and
candies, would be coming from Macau.

Chocolates, Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, Toblerone, Twix, Nestle Kitkat, M&M’s
Chocolate, Hershey’s Kisses, Jack & Jill Dewberry. Pepero. Oreo, Meji Hello Panda,
Nerds, Skittles, and Sour Patch Kids
