X. ASSESMENT OF RISK

There are risks you need to face when starting a new business. The first one is the lack for poster
design. When opening a store designs is what usually attracts the customers so it needs to be
precise and well-planned. Second is the lack of staff training, a store with poor staff training
means failure in the business because one of the key factors of business are the staffs or the
employees and if your business is having problem with the staffs then expect that your store is
going nowhere. The solution is that you should dig deeper in staff hiring, hiring an employee is
not only on how skilled or how experienced the applicant is but also how he treats the
customers. The third issue you might encounter is the lack of cash flow for marketing expenses.
Cash flow is very important in a business, simply because without the proper cash flow the
business will lead to bankruptcy. The solution for this is to know what you want and what you
needed in your business to make a proper budgeting. Every business should also have a list of
expenses to keep track on how and where the money is being spent. The last issue that you
might encounter is the lack of marketing for the product. If the store fails to endorse their
product, their efforts will go to nothing. The solution for this is to use different media platforms
like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any media platforms where people can see the product
easier. Keeping the consistency not only for the tastes of the products itself but also on the
service given to the customers.
