I. Company Description

Salty Desire is a nachos shop which offers a snack with variety of dips such as cheese,

mayonnaise, guacamole, and chocolate. It is owned and managed by partners, Lexus

Jan Castroverde, Jasmin Doruelo, Joyce Anne Ilao, Eloisa Mejedana, and Paola Nicole

Nedic. Salty Desire delicacy is located and directly selling at De Ocampo St. Purok III

Indang Cavite, near Indang Terminal and Barangay Hall. Salty Desire will be starting their

business hours at ten o’clock in the morning and will be ending on eight o’clock in the

evening. The business hours is decided due to the hours that our target market is

expected to be around the business area. After the main store is open for business, it is

decided that the business will soon allow entrepreneurs to associate with Salty Desire

and be a franchiser. This business aims to get the interest and establish the loyalty of

customers through fast and accurate service, affordable and high quality snack with. It is

what will make the product unique to our customer’s eyes.

The Business aims to generate profit in order to maintain the health of the business,

contribute to economic growth and have the opportunity to expand the range of Salty

Desire domestically and internationally.

Its mission is to produce a trend product that tastes something new for the customers

and to be able to satisfy their cravings by serving them a unique twist of dips that will best

fit to their preferences. It also aims to build good and strong relationship with the

customers through efficient service and serve the best quality of the product.
II. Product and Service Description

Salty Desire offers crunchy and savory nachos snack with different flavors and

different dips. Nachos have a variant of barbecue, cheese, sweet and sour, chili and plain

or salted flavor. While the dips consist of mayonnaise, cheese, guacamole, and chocolate

dip. Every day we offer different variants depending on the customer’s desires. We will

also be accepting pre-orders from our customers with appetizing packaging. Every

Fridays, students can avail our buy-one take-one offer after presenting their identification

cards.

i. Packaging Production

The business uses paper containers to promote eco-friendly materials. It is designed

to catch the eyes of consumers that is why we used appetizing colors such as red and

yellow. The business name can be seen in front of the paper cup so that buyers can

distinguish our store from others and can also contribute in gaining more possible

customers.
III. Marketing Plan

i. Affordable Pricing
Our store will charge according to the average allowance of the students of Cavite
State University - Indang. It means that the product will be available for students who
are our target market. The product's availability and affordability can attract more
customers especially our target customers which are the students.
ii. Create an Eye-catching, Durable and Recyclable Product Packaging
The business created a packaging for the product that can increase customer
satisfaction, increase visibility and set the product apart from its competition. In
essence, its packaging plays a pivotal role in the branding process, attracting
customers and making it easier for them to eat with convenience and disposing it
properly and easily.
iii. Advertising
The store will use the following advertisement:

 Online promotions: The incredible convenience of marketing online is one of the


reason why the business choose to promote online. The internet has extremely
easy accessibility with consumers using the internet and reaching markets
anywhere not just the Cavite State University students but also the nearby schools
and barangays. It also reduces the advertising cost thus making the business save
money which they can allocate for other business expenses.

 Signboard, posters and flyers. The business will provide posters, signboards
and flyers that can attract and inform customers walking and passing by the
business location. It will contain complete information such as the name of the
offered products, its respective prices as well as it's appropriate and actual image.

 Special Offers, Discounts and Loyalty Rewards. The store will offer a discount
if a customer buys a bundle or large amount of the product. It will also offer rewards
to customers if they buy from the store frequently. If the customer buys nachos, he
or she will be given a small ticket that contains checklist from 1-10. Those check
list will only be considered checked if it has a check marked and has a signature
of any one of the staff of the business. If the checklist is complete they will get free
nachos as a reward for their loyalty.

iii. Production Process

a) Buying and preparing the product – the purchase and preparation of the products are

made depending on the supply needed after every business days.

b) Packaging – the snacks will be served to customers on a paper cup and paper bag

to promote cleanliness and eco-friendly business.

c) Distribution – during business hours, consumers can order on our store for their

preferred snack and other customer’s may also choose to order beforehand or online

on our Facebook page.

d) Collection payments – after every transactions, payment for the goods purchased by

customers will be collected, recorded and used for continuing the business

processes.
