QA/QC Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES



Performs inspections and witness tests as required.

Prepares report and other quality records in compliance with quality procedures.

Coordinate areas of Quality Control work with other department's work such as start-up, engineering,

process, etc.

Prepares Inspection Test Plan, Quality Assurance Procedures, etc

Performs receipt inspection of materials for work area in conjunction with material control staff.

Performs system of verification on complete work to assure compliance with design specifications.

Controls measuring and test equipment to ensure accuracy.

Reports non-conforming product / process.

Raises and follows up corrective actions required.

Maintains and calibrates inspection and test equipment.

Provides liaison with Client / Consultants on quality matters.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS



Internally with QA/QC Manager, QA/QC Engineer and other Departments in line with of the IMS
requirements and project quality procedures.
