Finance festival:

Fresh produce- $100 free delivery (a wide range of fruits and veg), $30 10L milk, 50 for some meats
including prawns, sausages ect and bread and sauce for sausages will cost an additional $89 ($300 all
together
)
Hire of botanical gardens- lawn areas hire at the botanical gardens will cost $170 per hour on the
weekend. Since our event will be running for 6 hours so it will be $1020 for the day
Musical acts- free because its a charity event
