4. Show interest in preparing
embutido.

III. INGREDIENTS;

IV. PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all the ingrediants
except the hand boiled egg a
bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Divide the mixture into 8-10
portions.
4. Put into an aluminum foil, from
into a rectangle.
5. Place the hard boiled egg into
center.
6. Roll up the meat, cover the meat
roll with the aluminum foil and
twist the end to seal.
7. Steam into a steamer with pre-
heated water.
8. Let coo.
