    1st Service :
    After first 50 Engine Hours
    1. Replace Diesel Filter
    2. Replace Engine Oil Filter
    3. Replace Engine Oil

    2nd Service :
    After 250 Engine Hours
    1. Replace Diesel Filter
    2. Replace Engine Oil Filter
    3. Replace Engine Oil

    Repeat steps in 2nd Engine Service
    after every 250 Engine Hours

    Volvo Penta TADVE620 Engine Service



    1st Service :
    After first 50 Engine Hours

    After 100 Pumping Hours
    1. Replace Suction Filter
    2. Replace Return-Line Filter

    2nd Service :
    After 500 Pumping Hours
    1. Replace Suction Filter
    2. Replace Return-Line Filter
    3. Clean the hydraulic oil sump
    and replace the oil

    Repeat steps in 2nd Hydraulic Service
    after every 500 Pumping Hours

    Shell Putz Premium HO 68
    For all BSA and BSF Models
    Specification of Grease



    Any Grease with following
    specification can be used:

    Type: EP
    NLGI Grade: 00/ 000
    Thickener: Lithium/ Lithium
    Rust Prevention: Pass/ Pass





    Recommended Grease
    Shell Gadus S2 V220 00
