3 SIMPLE STEPS

FOR A DECK WITH NO VISABLE

FASTENERS
STEP 1.
Apply a liberal bead of
exterior adhesive to the top
of each joist.
We recommend T-Rex
Power.
Fasten first row of boards
onto the joist in the
traditional way.


STEP 2.
Place a DeckMate Clip into
the groove at the
intersection of each joist
and install the correct
screw, steel, hardwood or
pine at a slight angle and
fasten.
Do not over tighten.
STEP 3.
Insert the next row of boards on the
DeckMate Clip, using DeckMaster Clamp
to hold the board in position. As the boards
fall short of the joist, use a DeckBone Joiner
to join the boards between the joists. Do
not land the butt joint on the joist.

Snap the DeckBone into two T shaped
pieces and insert first half of DeckBone into
position (see image). Place the following
board onto the DeckBone, insert the next
DeckBone into position completing the butt
joint.
Repeat steps 2 & 3.
