The work of Purdue Landscape Architecture alum Fred Phillips 95 is featured in the November,
2014 issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine. The article is titled Fluid Boundaries. Fred
has undertaken the restoration of the riparian landscape of the lower Colorado River in
southwestern Arizona in partnership with Homeland Security.
