The offer for the projection is per sqare meter built, and
includes the costs for the projection for the next specialties:

Price per sq.m. projected 24 Euros without VAT.

Example of condominium with surface of 600 sq.m. price
without VAT would be: 14.400 Euros.
Price does not include:

Topographic survey;
Geotechnical studies;
Urban studies;
Permits and agreements;
Verification projects;
Authorization fees, stamp and Construction Inspection.

Price varies when one of the projects is reused. Reusing a

project represents 20% of baseline. Reprojecting on the mirror is 30%,
and the change of architecture, structure or equipment up to 50% of
baseline.
