Over 4 months, Bob Schimmel and David DeMarre recycled 30 tons of unidentified material and sorted the remaining parts into raw materials, work in process, and finished goods areas. They also created a dedicated reject area marked with a red box on the floor to separate nonconforming parts.     30 Tons Later MT has an Organized Warehouse Again


    For the past 4 Months Bob Schimmel and
    David DeMarre have been busy cleaning
    the Warehouse. Material that was not
    identified was recycled at the scrap yard,
    and the remaining parts are now
    organized in 3 different Types: Raw
    Material, Work In Process and Finish
    Goods. This new layout will allow our
    employees to find their parts easier and in a safer way. We have also created
    a dedicated reject area identified by a red
    box on the floor to segregate non
    conforming material with the rest of the
    parts in the shop. With this clean up
    completed Main Tool will be able to visually
    managed its inventory. Thank you Bob and
    David for your hard work.

    Kenneth Anderson joined Main Tool on
    September 30 as a Machinist. Ken will be
    responsible for running several Mills and
    also help the team to setup new jobs. Kens
    past experience will serve him well and will
    help Main Tool in its growth strategy.
