Acceptable Art for Press Ready Ads
Packaged InDesign or Illustrator files are
acceptable. PDFs are the
preferred format.
CMYK Color format
In the event of an unresolved font conflict,
we reserve the right to substitute fonts in your
document with the closest match we have.
Email files to your Account Executive.
Microsoft Publisher, Word or Excel files are NOT
ACCEPTABLE.
Acceptable Art for Willamette Week
Ads Builds
Photos and logos should be sent in as .jpg, .tif,
or .pdf. Illustrator or Photoshop files are also
acceptable.
Images should be 200 dpi or larger at the
desired size.
We reserve the right to optimize photos and
adjust color levels.
PDF files of posters, fliers, etc. will be accepted
at the
designers discretion. Many files cannot be
altered.
